Wine of green-gold color, slightly spicy aromas in the aroma, which are accentuated in the taste. Grüner Veltliner of a typical St. George's character - firm, mineral, spicy with a medium to long finish. It also bears traces of varietal characteristics - the bitterness of the almond. The wine is moderately juicy and easy to drink - it calls for another sip. It will pair perfectly with the Viennese veal steak, fried young chicken, spicy Sunday broth or grilled trout in almond crust.
