In the scent we find a more layered palette - tones of especially white pepper and flowers, which blends with the honeycomb. In taste, this game continues - the wine is slightly semi-dry, very juicy, with nuances of exotic fruits and spices in the background. Nevertheless, it retains the character of St. George's terroir - it is firm, graspable with strong minerality. The wine will be an excellent companion to fish - for example, with roasted trout on herb butter, pork steak from an overgrown neck on multicolored spices or sirloin on cream.
